Age 36, weight 80 kg I don't smoke or don't do alcohol. Lifestyle is quite sedentary as most of time sitting and sleeping. However still walk 3000 steps each day's, last cpl of years I used to do 10000 steps. Now I feel strain in legs and body aches. I don't consider any medical illness response for this. But now I want to get as possible fitness as possible. From today, I have started, as in morning walk I walked almost 3000 steps a start, will surely cross 10000 steps a day from now. I want to feel increase in strength and stamina. My metabolism is weaker and want to improve a lot. Please suggest me course of treatment for cellular vitality and metabolism so that I can get very flexible. Thanks in advance.
