-use warm water for all purposes - avoid cold food articles- curd, cold drink, cold water, ripen fruits etc - Avoid AC 1) Amavatari Rasa 250 mg 1 tab twice daily with honey 2) Yogaraj guggulu 250 mg 2tabs twice daily after good 3) Maharasnadi Pachana 4 tsf twice daily with a cup of water 4) Rheumat liniment for LA.
