These are symptoms of acute on chronic allergic rhinosinusitis. A condition where chronic respiratory allergy leads to thickening of lining of sinuses behind our cheekbones and inside the nose. This leads to chronic cold and with change of season or increase in allergic substances during a particular season there are flareups of cough and cold. Please consult in person.
