Hello Doctor I am 27 years old and married since 4 years, but we have only started trying since more than 1 year so during the gynecologist meet, she had suggested for a follicular scan study for me and semen analysis for my partner. And the results were quite normal with the rupture of follicle on the 20th day of my cycle with No Pcod pattern and semen analysis results were normal too. I am having hypothyroidism but the levels are in reference range now. So now the doctor has suggested an ovulation induction process for me, so 1) is it fine to go ahead with this induction process? 2) Is it like the induction process should be suggested by the gynecologist or the fertility specialist only? 3) Is this a good treatment method or what are the risk factors apart from producing twins? 4) Does this drug effects with weight gain or any other factor? 5) Any other solution apart from fertility drugs?
