Hi Doc, I'm 29 years old and carrying my 2nd baby. I'm at my 13th W. I had my NT scan and double marker test done. My scan was all normal but my baby blood test shows that my baby's down syndrome risk level is 1:654, were my doc says i'm at intermediate risk, which is keeping me worried. However my first pregnancy was all normal, do not have genetic history in my family. I need a second opinion. Kindly help me.

As the age advances the risk for down syndrome increases. Since you have done screening test you can just follow up with subsequent scans. If screening tests are normal then no need to worry.
