Your baby has lactose intolerance which is a kind of allergic reaction, there is no relationship between cough and cold with this. So you can fed him buiskuit. Generally upto 6 month only breast feeding recommended but supplements can be given in special condition. You can try individualised homoeopathic treatment for the condition. There are medicines like aethuja, antim crud etc can be prescribed according to symptoms.
