When I do some work with my hands pain starts in my palm and when I sit for sometime (not on chair, a pain starts in the middle of the base of my feet. Sometimes (5-6 times in a day) my hand starts jingling (vibrating. Please tell medicine for it. Are they all caused by weakness?
