I am underweight. I tried almost everything but unable to gain weight. I also eat allot but still it does not help me in gaining weight. I am slim n my present weight is 45. I cannot digest milk. Whenever I drank a glass of milk my tummy gets upset n it results in loose motion. Suggest me how can I gain weight n how my tummy gets healthy?
