I am 36 years and married since 3 years and have no child yet. I have sperm count 40 ml and motility is 40%. Also I ejaculate in less than 10 secs since marriage. My partner never had orgasm with me. I have no thyroid, diabetes etc. My bmi is 27. Am vegetarian and non smoker and non drinker. Please help if there is any treatment for this.
