From last few days I am feeling some kind of blockage in my throat and feeling difficulty to inhale. Sometimes I am breathless and in that panic condition my heart beat increases. That time I feel difficulty in swallowing saliva also. Please give a good advice for breathing problem. There is not any kind of pain, cough or any other problem. I am worried about the panic sudden attack of shortness of breathing which suddenly starts mostly in the evening. What may be the reason and what should I do please suggest is there any serious issue.
