Hello doctor I am a 21 year old boy. I recently suffered from many medical complications like gastric ulcer and Kidney stone. I smoked weed, Cigarettes and drinker alcohol for 6 years. Now I want to get out of this. I have succeeded in avoiding Weed and Alcohol its been 3 months now but I can't quit smoking. I don't smoke for 2 days then from the 3 rd day its all same. Please help me quit Smoking.
