Hi. We have been trying to conceive for last 8 months but it didn't happen. I have premenstrual spotting every month one day before period. I have regular cycles 28-32 days. I have pms breast tenderness and fatigue all the time during the second half of the cycle. My doctor recommended me duphaston for 10 days from day 15 to 25. But if my ovulation is on 17th day can I use duphaston from 15th day. Please advice me.

If ovulation on 17 th day then duphaston not from 15 th day. Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. That is why couple should have 12 to 24 cycles of unprotected sex around time of ovulation before going to Gynecologist or infertility specialist for further evaluation and advise.
