I've been experiencing cough for the past 15-20 days. It was initially dry cough, and now for the past 2-3 days it has been mostly cough with sputum accompanied by cold, runny nose and slight fever sometimes. I've consulted a general physician and then an ENT specialist who have both given me medication for allergy with a dry cough syrup. However, the cough isn't going. What else could it be? Or is it the weather affecting my throat?
