I have a dental problem. My lower jaw's front teeth have got yellowish coating from inside. Its on the front four teeth and a little bit on other two teeth also. What could be that? I do not have option of sending you a image otherwise you could see.

It is known as calculus. Get your scaling done by a dentist.
You should scaling (wash) your teeth.
You do have the option on this site however get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night avoid coloured foodstuffs.

It is a common thing that gets deposit on teeth. And it needs to be removed by scaling. You will need to consult a dentist.
