I am a student. I am repeater for need examination. But from past few months I am scoring less in my exams which has ultimately rosed my stress level. Since people expect me to score well. I just get frustrated and also sometimes I feel my head heavy. Also the need exams are approaching within two months. At this very phase how shall I deal with my stress so that I can bring out the best in me. I require good mood when I want to study but being in stress. Does not really help me out. What are the things and plans I shld fllw for good study and being stress free.(Please give a good reply. By future doctor to the legendary doctors)
