I am having chronic neck/right shoulder pain and tingling sensation down my right arm and in my index finger, thumb and thumb right side. My NVC has come normal. However my MRI shows all my cervical discs C3 4, C4 5, C5 6 have herniated and are touching the nerve roots. C6 7 has enlarged. What non invasive treatment and physiotherapy should I take to cure the condition and retract the discs. I am looking for a cure and not just relief from pain by using medication.
