Hi Could anyone help me. What is the best sleeping position? I am comfortable with the left side and right side sleeping but I'm thinking of this is not correct because every time I'm getting issues like back pain, shoulders paining etc.

because you are not physically active, u r having stiffness n pain after getting up from bed, you can sleep in any ways in which ur body is comfortable. do some walk , In starting u will feel more pain but after some days u will feel better take calcium n vit d3 supplements with multivitamin.
