Hi doctor, This is on behalf of my brother. Every morning when he wakes up he feels as if he got vising trouble while breathing. Also his heart beating is faster than normal. He is getting some sarcastic pain near heart when ever he is getting these symptoms. Kindly explain what is the reason and what should b done further to get out of this trouble. Note: for the past 1 year he is facing this trouble. Initially it was not severe but now he is getting this trouble often.
