From Last 7-8 days having severe body aches body breaking like it reacts in high fever but body temp remains between 97-98 only .Mainly happens in evening after 7 and stays till morning. Chills are also there .Blood Test are ok. No Malaria. No dengue. No Typhoid. What it can be it is worst than Fever. No doc giving medicine as fever is not detected.
