Hi, One of my cousins had brain tumour. Now the tumour has been removed and the doctors have suggested chemotherapy. Now my question is why did they suggest chemotherapy. She only had tumour in her brain. Does chemotherapy mean she has cancer?

Usually brain tumors are cancerous. Sometimes they start in the brain. At other times, they can start from other body parts and spread to the brain. You need to find out which is the case here. Radiotherapy is also used in many cases.
