Dear Lybrate user, - For proper digestion follow proper dietary habits, have adequate fluids, do regular exercise - avoid fried, processed & junk foods, have more of fruits, vegetables & whole grains instead of refined ones - chew your food well, keep meals timing fixed, take a walk for 5-10 min after a meal, have 5-6 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, raise your pillow end by 4-6 inches while sleeping at night, have dinner 2-3 hers before bedtime - take an antacid half an hour after meals three times a day - have adequate water which is properly purified along with other fluids for proper digestion & hydration - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, yoga for proper bowel movement & to keep fit.
