Hi, am 28 years old and trying to conceive. Bilateral ovaries are normal in size, contour and echo texture. Multiple small follicles are seen. No adnexal masses noted. No free fluid seen in POD. - Noted in ultrasound scan report. I had miscarriage in the month of August when am 4 weeks pregnant. It would be great helpful if you could explain my situation and will be a able to get pregnant. Thank you.
