Just before asking the question, few facts: 1. My age is 25 Years 2. My height is 5 feet 11 3. My weight is 85 kgs I have been going to the gym and jogging since the last 8 years. However, since the past few years there is a significant increase in my weight. I used to have aerated drinks a lot from the period 2014 to 2016. My primary concern is my belly fat (it is a lot). I have to reduce it. Further I am a pure vegetarian. My diet comprises of (time wise during the day from morning) - Oats, Dry fruits, chappatis, sabji, dal rice, green tea, dairy products, and dinner Please let me know a solution to reduce my belly fat.
