Dear , one should be fit, regards cadiovascular, stamina, flexibility, joint strength, muscle tone and strength. Yes you should lose at least 10 kgs, although your ideal body weight is 80 to 82 kgs. As you cross your 30's. Your metabolism drops, and one puts on weight faster, also post 30 responsibilities change, we become more mental rather than physical worker. Fitness is a habit. Habit makes you fit. Life long. Make health and helthy weight management a habit.
