I had a left knee injury in November month, my knee got hit against a wall. It did not pain after a week from the injury. But when I started playing cricket on the first day itself I felt the pain again, it is paining since then. I consulted a bone setter and got temporary plasters for 2 times but it did not showed any much improvement. I got x-rayed (AP/LAT) and the radiologist report said -1 visualised bones show no obvious abnormality 2-joint space is normal 3-adjacent soft tissue is unremarkable. What should I do. Please advice.

?Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day.
