I have a problem of loosing weight. I have to work so hard to maintain my body weight. I really cannot understand what the problem is. I am currently 44 kgs now. I had become 54 kgs after maintaining a strict diet but now again I am loosing my weight day by day. I look terrible. People whoever sees me for the first time if I have any ailment. I am totally fed up with running after my weight gaining process. I am looking for a permanent solution where I can exactly know what is the problem with my body and what to do.

Don't skip breakfast. Eat regular meals. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.
