I am 31 years old, weight around 83 kg. I was previous diagnose with fatty with slightly high blood sugar and cholesterol. Now after taking some medicine (Tab. 1. Estuchol 300 - 2 tab. Twice a day ,2. Tab vogli M 0.3 one tab Twice a day, 3.Tab jupiros 10 - one tab at bed time & cap. Zimvit forte - one cap after food.). My test shows normal for lipid profile, normal sugar but in liver function test all are in nomal except slightly high in alkaline phosphatase as 154 u/L and unconjugated bilirubin as 1.5 mg (s )? but total bilirubin is normal (1.7 mg (s)?).Shall I continue medicine or not. Pliz suggest me.

Limit your intake of foods full of saturated fats, trans fats, and dietary cholesterol. Eat a lot more fiber-rich foods (especially soluble fiber from foods like beans, oats, barley, fruits, and vegetables). Choose protein-rich plant foods (such as legumes or beans, nuts, and seeds) over meat. Lose as much excess weight as possible. Take plant sterol supplements.
