He is suffering from attention seeking syndrome and cerebellum demyelination from 20 days. He was saying that 10-20 persons around us and I can not never come from there. That days every thing was normal but from 10 days he is unable to speak when he was trying to speak anything he can not speak anything and when he tries many times some sound comes. What is the main issue and how it will cure please suggest us Thanking in anticipation.

As of now plan to make his vital parameters normal but demyelination cannot be reversed but folicacid supplements should help with symptomatic treatment after clinical examination.
