How should be the heart rate at resting and after exercise as my heart rate after wake up is 50 and at resting 60 and after exercise is 135 bpm and I have reduced my weight from 96 to 80 kg in 4 month by constant diet. Intake upto 1500 cal no sugar and process food daily 5 to 10 km as per time? Is my heart rate correct?
