you are having planterfascitis, -do walk on ur toes after getting up from bed. -keep ur foot in hot water for 15,mins daily, -stretching exercises for TA muscle (search on net) - u can fix ankle cushion in your shoes for better relief. wear different shoes in gap of two-three days.
