I am Non. Veg as well as vegetarian and my height is 5 feet 9 inches and weight is 61 kgs. I want to increase my weight and my life is very active as I goes to gym 6 times in a week.

Hi lybrate-user I would suggest you a more protein diet. For Non-vegetarian :- 300- 350 grams of Chicken or Fish or Eggs (one egg =60gm) etc For Vegetarians:- 300-350gms legumes or pulses, peanut, cashew nuts almond pistachio etc Along with 50gms of fat like Amul butter or cheese Apart from you three meals that you take minus protein and protein quantity opined above.
