I am a Male of 29 years of age. I have started practicing martial art. My height is 5'7" and weight 69 kg. Can you please provide suggestions to loose weight and increase leg flexibility easily?

There is no easy way to loose weight. First thing to do is cut sugar in any form from diet and reduce carbohydrate intake this will help you to start burn your excess fat deposit in your body. And take more protein rich foods. For leg flexibility only way is training.
