I have been on the desk job (10 hrs shift) from past 3 years. During this time I gain weight. Currently my weight is 90 kg and my height is 5' 7" Please advice how should I reduce weight. I can't have time for exercise, but can spend a little time. Suggest some good diet plan so that I can reduce weight in coming 1-2 month. My target ia to reduce at least 15-20 kg.
