Hai. Your fungal infection can both affect your sleep as well as complicate issues at delivery. Use dry soaps for bath, vaginal wash solutions and anti fungal cream twice a day, avoid scratching, use separate soap and towel for yourself. Before dinner, have a warm bath, dust anti fungal powder in affected areas, eat bland soft food, give a gap of about 2 hours before going to bed. Take a glass of warm water and perform breathing exercises for about 10 mins before going to bed. Head should be slightly raised at sleep to avoid reflux. Best wishes.
