I am wearing shoes more than twelve hours. Now I have a pain on my edge of the fingers. When I am touching it or pressing myself the pain is increasing more. Please giving me a solution. Thank you for your suggestion.

Hello, you can visit to nearest physiotherapy center, till then follow these advices - * apply some cotton to release pressure under the shoes. *contrast bath therapy- immerse your foot in hot water tub then immerse in cold water tub. Repeat the process till 10 mins.
