Hi there, Although every pregnancy and delivery is different for women, it is usually advised for them to wait for six weeks after birth before resuming exercise. However, it is believed that if you have exercised throughout your pregnancy and had a natural delivery, you can safely do any form of exercise soon after giving birth. Still would like to suggest you to start with kegel exercises which are for pelvic floor muscles and light exercises and avoid heavy stressful exercises. And congratulations for your baby.
