How to control masturbation. I have masturbated daily, due to this my face is covered by pimples. I try to stop but I have not control on me. My left side testis slightly bigger but I don't have any pain on my testis. My friends also don't like me due to this. Please give me some answer.

To control mastrubation first avoid using smart phone. Which affect your sleep, which grab your time and create stress. And it will reduce your physical activity. Your metabolism will abruptly get change and soon you become diabetic and prolonged use cause cervical spondylytis. Abnormal sleep, less physical activity and metabolic changes causes more pimple. Mastrubation is a kind which give instant gratification and relief from mental stress with due secretion of oxytocin and other hormone. But frequent usage will not make physically impotent but mentally you loose interest of having sex with wife or girl friend instead you dwell upon mastrubation.
