Hello doctor. I am suffering from scaly itchy skin between the buttocks near the anal region. It is more itchy during night times. I consulted a dermatologist and she prescribed me ketoconazole cream2% and fluconazole tablets. They gave me only temporary relief. When I stopped using them my condition reversed. I cannot tolerate this situation. Can you suggest me a better treatment to cure this permanently.
