Hello. As a teenager I identified I have phimosis, Not too tight. It forehead is able to come out from foreskin ,But after it comes out it pains. So only surgery may be helpful or I Can cure it with Lubs or creams. Thanks for the Help.

It's a minor surgery and you should go forward. Phimosis is the reason for collection of smegma. And long standing smegma can cause penile cancer. So go ahead for circumcision.
