Ms. lybrate-user your USG findings are suggestive of a lesion in your adnexa (left Tubo ovarian mass), the pain in stomach area may not be directly related to the mass but progesterone (deviry) is associated with some upper abdominal symptoms in certain patients. I would suggest to give a trial of PPI's and would request you to kindly consult your gynaecologist again and preferably do another imaging with upper abdominal scan (CT / MRI whole abdomen).
