Hi Dr. ths is my second pregnancy 1trimester not feeling hungry sudenly I feel hungry about whole day vomiting sensation not able to digest the food, I used to drinking milk daily before pregnancy but now I am not willing to drink milk fruits any healthy diet what to do? Please advise
