Hii doctor, I am suffering from a type of eczema in which my fingers skin is get tight and dry and scaly. And peeling off. And no any sweat is releasing from affected area. The same is also seen in palm and foot fingers. And affected area of foot and palm are get darker. My hair are also falling very much since few months .please get me any solutions.

Hello Sachin From your description it appears as if you have palmoplantar psoriasis but it can be confirmed only on seeing pictures. It can be treated very well with homeopathic medicine so I suggest you go for it. The medicine will help control the disease and increase your immunity as well so that the body can fight for itself. Avoid pulling out the dry scales or dead skin as it will only make it worse. Apply Vaseline petroleum jelly daily at night and after bath on palms and soles.
