You forgot to mention the quantity of food you take. Is it the smell of the food which makes you vomit or intake? Things should be clear before any medications. For now skip a meal give some rest to your stomach and take hot sip by sip and do not overload. Once start feeling hungry take small quantity of liquid and little spicy diet. Avoid sweets. If still things do not change consult for further treatment.

Avoid foods which are too spicy, oily, bitter or pungent. Take foods like salad, fruits and juices to aid in digestion naturally. Some foods like mint, cardamom, cumin seeds, ginger etc aid in digestion too.
