Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast.In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis.In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do Pranayam daily .You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Lazy eye
Lazy eye can develop in children if they have vision problems, squint etc. Children less than 6yrs will not be able to tell you about eye problems. It is very important to have their eyes examined even as early as 3yrs. After the age of 8 or 9 yrs treatment of lazy eye becomes very difficult.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take lukewarm water with half lemon. I advice you include high fibre, low fat, calorie, modrate carbohydrates, normal vitamin and mineral. Don't take rice at night. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Use skim milk. Avoid junk n oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Follow these methods to clear dark circles fastly: • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. • Do yogasana specially SINHASANA & Bhramari Pranayam. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. • • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it. • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. but if he is addicted to it, it explains it. Take him to a sexologist immediately. Once you become addicted to masturbation, it is difficult to enjoy regular sex. On your part you can make sex excising with different approaches to it so that it is always very memorable. Also if he is satisfying you sufficiently enough then don't make it much of an issue. It is only when he is only indulging in this sort of sexual pleasure without considering your needs, then it is a problem.

I sleep from 2 am to 8 pm. This has been happening from last two years. I am also suffering from dark circles from two years. You could be depressed. Can you identify with what happened two years ago that has led to this change? it is very important that you get into a routine by which I mean you need to follow a disciplined lifestyle. Please visit with a counselor first and that person will check how intense your situation is and decide whether you need medication also. Whatever happens, do not discontinue your therapy with the counselor. You must also work on your emotions and learn to express them appropriately. I suspect you have some deep-rooted anger that needs to be dealt with. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins and vegetables, attend yoga classes etc. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. I hope you can find someone to love and be loved too. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in god to alleviate your sufferings. Don? t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Get into a healthy routine, and do some fixed activities that are interesting, and involve people in your life every day.

Hello acne is not the permanent cure, it is the control. Being a lady lot of hormonal changes vil occur in body, one vil influence the other, these hormone acts on sebaceous gland, leads acne. Rule out accosiated conditions like pcod, hormonal abnormality etc with your doctor. Avoid oily food, and junk food, do some physical activities.
