My baby born in 5 of august and now want to join yoga classes. Can I start yoga now?

Yes, you can start yoga. Begin with small duration of 30 mins and the gradually can increase to 60 mins. Feed your baby before yoga or excersie, else wait for at least 1 and half hour after excersie. Have complete and balanced diet. Consult your doctor, yoga teacher also.
