I'm having an exam in a week and I'm kind a stressed. Please give me some advices.

Hello dear, Remember it's not 'do or die' situation, I'm sure you have gone through many such exams in life earlier and cleared them. Stop attaching a lot of value to it because such thoughts cause anxiety. To be on the safer side keep your study schedule balanced and study wise rather than slogging. Take frequent but short breaks or naps whatever goes fine with you as a stressbuster. Be in touch with the family ,keep associating and keep talking to them .And above all, believe in the superpower that works without our reminders. Surely you should have faith in your abilities and you should operate with confidence.
