I have a little pain in my liver side when I breathe out. So kindly tell me if I use liv 52 it is good for me or not.

Using Liv 52 is OK if you are having any liver problem. But first consult a Doctor and try to identify the cause of pain. If the pain is of muscular or neurologic origin it may not help. Sometimes gas accumulation also can produce pain. Self treatment without identifying the proper cause is dangerous and not advisable.
