I am excercing alot as it is fun for me like aerobics and walk but weight loss was unexpected what can be done to again gain my weight?

If your weight is 70 then it's ok with you but if you are feeling lethargic then start consuming high protein diet for treating weakness. This can also built little weight too. If just want to regain weight follow a protein, high carb diet. For detailed diet plan can contact privately.
