Make a list of your strengths, which means the good quality you have or areas where you excel or can learn easily. This exercise will help you to understand how you can use these skills in improving your confidence. For example; trying indulging in any of your hobby like painting or music, try learning more about it. As you practice more you will feel more confident and feel good. Try buying poster from market having motivational quotes or quotes which uplift your mood. Read that quotes before sleeping and after getting up in the morning. Trying daily reading some newspaper article while standing in front of mirror. This will help you to observe your own body language and can improve your communication skills. You will feel confident.
