I actually wanted to know that Can I take papaya after Protein shake for better digestion and absorption?

You need glucose rich food along with protein. Papaya can be had otherwise, it is a good fruit, but may not help in protein absorption as fruits contain fructose. You can either mix glucose powder with your shake or take a few slices of white bread with it.
